QUALIFICATIONS
1. Valid Class A Driver's License.
2. Age range 22- 60 years old.
3. Minimum 2 years verifiable experience
4. Fairly clean driving record (No more than two moving violations or one accident in the last three years).
5. Motivated and reliable.
Our dispatchers are former drivers that understand the obstacles trucking presents and are in touch with our drivers 24/7
Our trucks and equipment are new or newer which make for a safe, comfortable working environment. Trucks equipped with ONLY FORWARD Facing cameras, AP units, inverters and fridge, ELD devices.
Our compensation levels are competitive in the marketplace ensuring that you reach your full potential
Own the truck free and clear in 5 Years or less. Gross up to $10K a week. Only 12% Dispatch & Admin Fees

The Success Logistics team picks the 5 best drivers monthly, based on such criteria as no moving violations, no accidents, clean inspections, and high gross. We then reward those 5 drivers with a $XXX bonus paid at once that month.
Refer your friend to drive with us and you will get $750 cash bonuses.
Deliver all your freight on-time - everytime and receive an award with a cash bonus every month. (Late deliveries due to mechanical, unavoidable breakdowns don't count against you)

We pay all miles, empty and loaded. Weekly miles average: 2800-3200 miles for solo drivers - 5500-6000 miles for teams.
